Join in through the month of May 2022 as we focus on the practice of Metta, also known as Loving-Kindness, through classes, short meditation recordings, mini-retreats and more.

By exploring Metta (Loving-Kindness) and similar mantras, and mindfulness practices, you will make self-love a priority, cultivate gratitude, and focus on compassion. These practices will provide an opening of the heart, help to alleviate anxiety, depression, and similar symptoms, and nourish deeper connections with others, and enhance your overall well-being.

30-Day Loving-Kindness Ritual

This started in the “Walking the Path of Kindness” class session on 5/2. The handout of the 30-Day Loving-Kindness ritual will be given to those who participate in the weekly Monday class and to those who enroll in the online course.


Recordings are added in this limited time playlist throughout the month of May. Sound Healing Meditations are presented in stereo, wear your headphones for best experience. After May is over, you can access the recordings in the Meditation Library or in the online course.
