Mondays – 6PM EST – 60 min
Guided meditation that encourages your body and mind to settle in and receive deep rest. Warm clothes and favorite yoga props are recommended.

Yoga Basics
Tuesdays – 6PM EST – 60 min
Learn, play, and maybe break a sweat in this beginner-friendly class that introduces fundamental poses, yoga terms, and concepts.

Rest & Restore
Wednesdays – 6PM EST – 60 min
Deliberate stillness and constructive rest, inspired by Yin and Restorative yoga. Relax the body and unravel tension. Yoga props recommended. 

Yoga for Burnout
Thursdays – 6PM EST – 60 min (No class on 8/4.)
Beginner-friendly mix of gentle yoga and mindfulness meditation to help nourish and reset your nervous system. 
 

 

RAIN for Roe Meditation
Monday, August 15 – 7:15PM EST
Learn More & Register

No politics, just a quiet and safe meditation to practice being in the pause between the outside world and our response to it. Find calm, clarity, and compassion. 100% proceeds will be donated to Planned Parenthood Action Fund.
