Life Challenges and Meditation

In life we have letdowns and challenges, but as we turn within to our Inner Source, we can experience a new perspective so that we attract new experiences that are in resonance with our path. I was experiencing a challenge myself today and I halted in the midst of what I was doing so I could take time in meditation in my “Zen Den.” It is my refuge away from the world where I can go to remember peace is at my core. I know the way, as I have been a meditation practitioner for several decades, yet there are still times I forget to step back from a troublesome thought and quiet my mind. It illuminates my mind and soothes my soul when I do. If you want to strengthen your “peace core”, I’m happy to help you in private sessions and classes.

Deb Phelps is a certified Mindfulness and Meditation Teacher, and Practitioner since 1980.
