Health is a state of complete harmony of the body, mind and spirit.
Our theme for July is “Healthy Mind, Body & Spirit”
All too often we forget to take care of ourselves. We are caught up in work, family, chores, and so much more each day. It’s time we step back and start to bring our life back into balance.
We may think a vacation is relaxing and what we need, but how many times have you come back from vacation more stressed than when you left. Nowadays we are constantly connected to work via phone and email. There comes a point where we need to unplug, nurture ourselves and join with others in the pursuit of caring for our mind, body, and spirit.
Here at Meditate Madison, that is our specialization.
This month we are adding two new group sessions to supplement what we have started with the Peaceful Weight Loss & Wellness group. These are all ongoing group sessions that you can attend as often or as little as you like. You will find that the more frequently you attend, your life will become more peaceful and at ease.
The two new groups are Stress Less for stress and anxiety relief for our minds and Spiritual Awareness & Growth for our inner spirit. All of our group sessions incorporate some form of meditation and mindfulness, some include gentle or restorative yoga, sound or energy healing, releasing negative thoughts & beliefs, practicing self-compassion, and other wellness methods.
You can attend any or all sessions we present as you pick and choose what is attractive to you.
Attend one of the varied classes and/or programs this month as we explore this focus of creating a healthy mind, body & spirit.
Below you will find our classes, workshops and other events for this month as well as the personal sessions available to you with Deb Phelps and Dineen Carta. Personal sessions are the way you can have meditation, yoga, healing, or coaching on your own schedule. We still have open appointments, so be sure to schedule your initial appointment today by calling 608-216-2805.
Be sure to check the online calendar in case of schedule changes. Please note that there is a 2-hour registration requirement for classes. Workshops and other events may vary. Attend the sessions of interest to you. If you miss one, it will most likely be repeated in the future. The sessions are open to anyone who is interested.

with Energy Healing
Breathe easily and deeply as you relax into a few therapeutic fully-supported longer-held yoga poses, mostly supine on the floor, using lots of props, (blankets, bolsters, blocks and pillows) to maximize ease and rest. This yoga style was created for those recovering from injury or surgery, PTSD, emotional traumas like grief, stress and anxiety, for example, or for those seeking a quiet meditative practice. Dineen will provide Energy Healing during the session.
