New Classes in January for the Mind, Body & Spirit!

Here’s a look at some of our new classes and events upcoming in January.

Saturdays at 10:30 am is our “Moving” the Mind, Body & Spirit class. Move your mind into quiet, bring movement into your body, and let your spirit be moved with inspiration! This class will incorporate a little of everything we offer at Meditate Madison. I like to call it “moving the mind, body & spirit.” We’ll be doing so by starting off with some gentle chair yoga, time spent in meditation, journaling a self-reflection exercise, a little more meditation, and concluding with a sharing with those in attendance of our experience. Each month is a theme in self-discovery and sometimes we may switch it up a little. Join us and be moved in more ways than one! Details at this link starts January 12th.

Meditation 101 class will be both Wednesdays at 6:30 pm and Thursdays at 10:00 am so you can choose which class you would like to attend.  If you have many questions about meditation, this class is for you! This class with Deb Phelps, a seasoned practitioner and instructor will answer your questions and provide guidance in starting and maintaining a meditation practice. You’ll learn about countless approaches, benefits, techniques, and schools of practice. And if you’re like most people, you’re probably looking for a simple and comprehensive overview and the how-tos.

Meeting Your Personal Guide Workshop with Paul Phelps and Thomas Brockert – This will be a workshop held on Saturday, January 5th.
During this workshop, Paul and Thomas will share their surprising personal experiences where they actually met, communicated with and received help from their personal spirit guides. Participants will learn about and practice the basic steps needed in order to tune into and meet their personal guides for the very first time.
