Meditations for Holiday Stress The holidays are great and all, but there’s no denying that this time of year can also be stress-a-palooza for many people. Between the shopping, the sugar, the awkward social situations, busyness, and possible family tension, it’s hard to stay sane and centered—and that’s where meditation comes in. Meditation is the most powerful stress-relieving tool we have. In high demand times, it’s even more important to get really regular with your meditation practice-but it seems to be the first thing that slips.  During our sessions for November/December, we’ll be looking at techniques (even quick ones) that we can use for typical scenarios like traveling delays or criticism from a family member.
